The staff were helpful and ensured everything was running smoothly .
Meals were scheduled around tour groups, which limited our flexibility for dining times.

Stunning and lovely location to Aria Resort & Casino. 10 minutes' walk to the bus stop. The twin room with modern bath.

Fine views, but needs TLC
The views here are amazing! Overlooking the loch was a highlight. Honestly tho, the place feels super worn out. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and breakfast was just basic stuff ending early for the tour groups. Plus, it feels like they only care about the big groups. Good thing we were only there for a night.

the breakfast was good with a good choice of dishes to choose from. the double room was reasonably large with a view, so that guests had essentials.
Pity, but the beds were not comfortable.

beautiful setting but some room for improvement
Nicely located above the loch, the building has historic charm. I appreciated the good-value dinner option with a decent 3-course meal. The room was spacious, with modern bathroom amenities amidst classic furnishings. The fine views over the hills added a unique touch to my stay.
The older furniture could benefit from an upgrade.

Cozy Base for Scenic Adventures
The breakfast was served promptly, but the options were quite basic. Make sure to explore the nearby walking trails! The staff's friendliness made up for the outdated decor, but wish we had a room with a better view.

Fine views and helpful staff
The location provides amazing views of Loch Awe and Kilchurn Castle. I appreciated the hard-working dining staff who kept everything running smoothly during meals, and the staff throughout the hotel were very accommodating. The reception experience could use improvement, as it felt a bit unwelcoming upon check-in.

The view we had was nothing short of fine, overlookin' the loch and Kilchurn Castle! The dining staff? They worked hard to ensure the schedule was maintained, and that really stood out.
Didn't exactly break the bank but felt it was still acceptable.
